The AGM will start on Wed 4th December on the range at 7.30pm.
Bring a chair and try to arrive by 7.00 pm so we can all get a brew and settle
down for 7.30.
We encourage all members, who are able, to attend and participate.
Please send any agenda items or next years charity nominations in
writing to myself or Andy Rowe(chairman) by 30 November – either by e-
mail or posted in the secretary’s box in the lounge.
The new constitution will be voted on (copy attached)
Committee elections will take place on the night. Anyone wishing to
stand please put their name on the board in the lounge (with proposer
and seconder) or mail me.
The Chairman and Secretary/Membership Secretary are both stepping down
this year.
Keys will be exchanged on the night.
